It is difficult to be in combat without personal body armor protection and modern equipment. That’s why NGO “Ukrainian Legion” made its statutory activity improving the defense capability of Ukraine, and we are putting much effort into providing the Defenders of Ukraine with such equipment. Even considering the large support on the state level, the need and demand for such protection equipment are still high. That’s why part of the funds that our NGO obtained was spent on purchasing bulletproof vests and helmets in the Netherlands and also made in the UK additional hanging gear for the bulletproof vests. All of this was paid for and delivered to our warehouse, from where we distributed it around the units defending the city of Kyiv.
